Changing Nominate Pharmacy

If you wish to change your nominated pharmacy to send any future prescriptions then you can update this yourself via Patient Access or via the NHS app. Please use the following links for more information:

For those patients who are using our 'automatic repeat' system (Extended Prescribing), please bear in mind that any prescriptions that have already been signed will still go the previously nominated pharmacy and any change made using the link above will not apply until the next cycle of medications are issued.
