Do It Online

Further Changes - Please do not ignore - Dr Rasib and Partners - 26th April 2023

Dear Patient,

Following recent changes which had been introduced as an attempt to allow patients to contact the Practice in a manner that reduces the waiting time on the phone, it appears that after submitting forms online, patients are calling the Practice shortly after submitting the online form to determine the response. This defeats the purpose of having online access. Therefore, as of today the online form that has recently been introduced has been suspended and will be removed.  Patients will be advised to contact the Practice by telephone (01543576660). Patients who wish to use the online forms that are available via Patient Access can still do so.

Patient Access should still be used to order repeat medication. If you cannot order repeat medication online in this way, then you can be order directly from the Practice (via telephone or in person). All non-repeat medication can also be ordered in this way also.

Dr.Rasib & Partners

Did you know you can now book appointments online, order repeat medications and contact the surgery using the messaging system which are all available using Patient Access.

Please contact a member of our reception team if you wish to use the online facility, and a form will be provided to you.  Photo ID may be required when returning the form.  For more information, please see read the Patient Online Access Leaflet:
