The easiest ways to order repeat prescriptions are:

• Using your NHS account (through the NHS website or in the NHS App)
• using the GP online system: Patient Access

These accounts show you all your repeat medicine and dosage and you can choose the ones you need.

You can also request your prescriptions via eConsult

We do not accept handwritten/paper requests or take repeat prescription requests over the phone or email.  Ordering online is the safest and quickest method.

Please allow 2–3 working days for your prescription to be processed (longer over bank holidays).

Pharmacies may require additional time to prepare your medication.

Please order your medication 7–10 days before it is due.
