In future, please do not wait until your medication supply runs out completely before ordering and please ensure that you allow your chemist enough time to prepare your prescription once sent.

Please use the NHS App or Patient Access to order your medication
 
Patients can still approach their pharmacy directly for a private emergency supply but will usually be asked to pay for the cost of the mediation, which in some cases, can be significantly higher than a prescription charge.
